MY THOUGHT ON BLOGGING

My favorite thing about blogging is that this gave me a chance to use the computer in place of a pencil.  My least thing about blogs was probably  we had to do the almostr aoll the writing assignments.  i suggest not always using the blogs for assigments.  I also like the one where we had to go to a place in the school and write directions to it.  but im also sad about leaving.  Or am I?Jokin'!  I hope you take my suggestions into thought.  Thank You and have a nice day.  THis message will self destruct in 5 seconds... 4...3...2...1

Article rewrite on the rainforest

The Yanomami people of the Brazilian rainforest are quickly losing their home to the cause to many disasters caused by humans.  This may be disastorous but people are trying to stop it.  For many years these people have lived peacefully within the rainforst.  This peace was suddenly disrupted when gold was found.  This event caused miners and many other people come to the rainforest.  When the miners came so did horribble diseases such as, ,alria, influenza, and the whooping cough. Finally people took some action to help.  They set aside 36,000 square miles of land for the Yanomami people.  In the year of 2004 10,00 miles of rainforest were cut down.  Aftre many people came to these forest people started to taake some action.  The ARPA(Amazon Region Protected Area) has now protected at least 12% of the forest.  These problems are destroying our wolrd.  So protect the Rainforest!!!!!!!!

The Yanomami people of the Brazilian rainforest are quickly losing their  land in the forst by the cause of others. They have preserved their land by the  tradition of “shifting cultivation.” But this tradition will soon be shattered as people from other countries and continents come. These people bring diseases like the whooping cough. The other people are miners, poor people, and loggers. In result to this the government has decided to set aside 36,000 square miles of land for the Yanomami natives. But the loggers kept coming. In 2004 at least 10,000 spaure miles were destroyed. This means that in the past and present, 20% of the rainforest has been cut down or destroyed. Another big blow is that 80% of this logging is illegal. The people of all over the world were very concerned. People tried to help them. They set up a program called The APRA. This stands for Amazon Region Protected Area. They would come to save up to 12% of the rainforest..  I hope that you take this article into deep consideration.  Thank you!

Dear Mr. Horowitz,
I love your books.  They are very educational.  I enjoy reading them when I feel tired.  This is because they are full of action and wake me up.  I especially Skeleton Key.  I like this book because it’s based on a true event that happened in the world’s history.  I also like the characters names and how they sound like they actually came from the country you say hey come from.
Thank you for writing these excellent books.  They have saved me from getting in too much trouble.  And, as I have said before I think they are very educational and are action packed.
Thank you for taking the time to read this letter,  I hope you write back!

From,

    Yomoma!
