The shifting cultivation has preserved the Amazon rain forest from isolation. The rain forest is getting isolated when the Brazilian government told the people to move to the forest. Yanomami has gold that all the people wanted so many miners poured into the area of the rain forest and the miners brought diseases. There is 10,000 square miles gone of the forest that there is already 20% gone. The Amazon Region Protected Area will protect about 12% of the rain forest.

Jes,,I agree with Caitlyn, you have worked very hard. You included great details. However, you are missing a topic sentence and conclusion sentence. Today in class think hard about a quality topic sentence and conclusion sentence that would match your detail sentences. Then add it to you blog entry and repost.
