South America's Rain Forest
South America?s rainforest is being destroyed.  For centuries, the Yanomami people lived in the Amazon rainforest.  Miners brought disease such as malaria, flu, and whooping cough. In addition, to the ecological destruction, the disease wiped out villages of Yanomami. Also and animals are being desroyed.
Brazilians working on to protect the Yanomami people by  set aside 36,ooo square miles as a Yanomami homeland. The reason was to save the   the Yanomami land , and protect the Yanomami people.   But this has not protected these native people from illegal mining and violent clashes with miners.  Also the logers and the fermers is detroying the rain forest.  The rain forest isloosing there crops and pasture cattle. And tearing down their land . Who will save them?
