My favorite food:Pasta

In my opinion, the best food there is is the versatile, beloved masterpiece; the simple and delectable- pasta. There are so many fantastic types and dishes of it!
A few of the most renowned variations are the kid-favorite macaroni and cheese and the rich, authentic spaghetti and meatballs. These dishes showcase what are-I think- the two most sumptuous accoutremonts for any noodle. Cheese and tomato sauce! Imagine the homey plates of pasta-chili and spaghetti with cheddar, tomato sauce and spaghetti and parmesan, or even the more gourmet- alfredo and penne!
To presume that pasta is limited to being paired with cheese or sauce would be preposterous! A whole other world of additions lurk on menus and in cookbooks. For instance, sometimes chicken is added to spice up a pile of noodles. Eating pasta cold is not unheard of, either. One of my absolute favorite noodle creations is the chilled pasta salad. Yum!
Not only is pasta incredibly varied, but you can find it in almost every country and restaurant in the world. Mostly, people imagine pasta to come from Italy. It actually comes from China. I bet you could find pasta in Mexico, Germany, Russia or even Brazil! Amazingly, the restaurants that serve this delicious creation also vary- from fancy Italian to our own Cincinnati favorite: Skyline. Gourmet to fast food- I love it all!
I could probably go on and on about the many scrumptious uses for pasta, but I’m late for dinner- and guess what Mom’s serving? Mmmm...Pasta!

Alexandra, good job with giving all of those examples about all of the ways pasta can be used, (I personally like the skyline, yummy!). Also, you wrote a whole lot how do you do that! I bet I couldn't do that even if I was given three hours! Well just wanted to say good job on not only this one but all of your entries. Got to go!
Crider
P.S. I am not a wacko!
