Adam Canfield Of The Slash
I started to think about how I could relate to the story. In the book, the main character has some crazy dreams, that just don't make since. I always have crazy dreams, but a least they can fiqure them out. A third grader is beating Adam(Main character) to his own game and he doesn't care for it. He never cuts her some slack. I hate it when people are better at the games than me. Ecspecially the ones I make up.

Adam Canfield Of The Slash
I chose this book because it was about a kid from the school newspaper. I thought they were going to take the reader with the action for the paper. In the book the author really shows how you can make a poor story into a great one. He sord of gives you advice if you are a reporter for a newspaper. I also chose this book because the title sounded really cool, The -of the slash got me interested in it.

Describe The Setting

The book I'm reading is called Adam Canfield Of The Slash. The story took place at a school called Harris Elementary/Middle School. There is a news room for the school paper which is�called The Slash. It has old filthy couches with hot chocolate and ice tea stains on them. There are music and skateboard posters on the walls and computer terminals.������������������������
