Eragon #2
After reading for awhile, I figured out that Christopher Paolini, really made up a little bit of a new language and didn't really just make 10 new words. He created a small language, but not one you can really talk to people about but mostly nouns and verbs. I liked how Christopher Paolini use the words and made each one do different things. It was also pretty cool how the author tried to show that the main character, Eragon, could combind the words and make different spells by combinding them. The author also crated a whole new history of his new world that he crated and is telling the readers by spacing the details out. Overall, the book and how it is built, is very interesting.
Eragon
I chose this book because lots of my friends were saying it was an incredible book, my mom wanted me to read it and it was expensive so I better make good use of it. What really made me want to read the book was reading the back summary and first few pages and it looks promising. I liked the summary because I like the idea of the fantasy with old dragons and I like things happening unexpectedly. The cover looked cool and the book was extremely popular. I just think that this is the right type of book for me and looks pretty good.
Describe the setting
The seting is pretty iteresting in Artemis fowl, The eternity code. One of the settings is a fish restaraunt in England. It's big, crowded and smells like fish. Artemis Fowl is feeling good, and looking forward to a good lunch with John Spiro. The street is busy outside the window and the a jute-box type thing is playing. The surrondings are completely harmless with no thought of a firefight. Now the restaraunt is completely destroyed. There is broken glass on the floor from the windows and glasses, the floor is slick from water and there are people on the ground cluching there mouths. The jute-box is brokes and there are fish flopping around on the ground.
