I planted flowers.

There are many different types and varieties of flowers.  Planting flowers in her back yard is what Anna loves to do.  She planted flowers all over her gorgeous yard.  To plant flowers is like taking medicine for a distressing headache.  It works as a cure.  Many times after work Anna has a bad headache.  She sits down on her vibrant green chair in her backyard with a glass of chilling lemonade next to her,  just in case she becomes parched, and plants away.  Anna may not be able to walk, but she sure can plant in peace.

Chilled Disgust; Part 2

This abandoned shack gives off many senses. Old wood and soot cover the floor. Rusty, empty lockers lay open on the uneven floor boards. When you touch a locker, dust immediately rubs off on your finger. You may hear old, dirty water drip on the floor. This wretched room gives off a smell of dead mice.

Sensory details- chilled disgust

In this and dingy room, wood and soot cover the floor. Abandoned, empty, rusty, dust covered lockers lay open over the uneven floors. You may hear some old, dirty water drip onto the lockers. This wretched room gives off a smell of dirty, stinky, dead mice. When you touch a locker, dust instantly rubs off on your fingers.

The reason I chose the book Among the Hidden is because so many people recomended it to me. They said that you do not want to stop reading. You just want to see what is going to happen next. I have also read a book by this author. I really like her writing.

The River and Climb or Die

The book The River is like the book Climb or Die because it is very exciting. You just want to see what is going to happen next. In the book Climb or Die, the Darcy family gets stuck in a snowstorm. The kids have to save their parents by climbing Mt. Remington, or dying. In the book The River, Brian is reliving being in the Canadian wilderness. Many different things are happening to him because this time he only has a pocket knife. Both of these books are very exciting.
