Dear Mr. Avi:
I am Mitchell, writing to tell you I like one of the books you wrote and had some questions and comments about it. It is called Crispin: the Cross of Lead.
I would like to know where your inspiration and what influenced you to write this book. Did the book ever get hard to write in places, and if so, where did it get difficult?
What were your steps to achieve writing this work? Some of this was hard to read and I think you could make your other books easier to read for younger readers.
Thanks for considering and reading my letter. I would look forward to hearing back from you.
Sincerely,
Mitchell
Thank You Letter
Dear Dad,
Thank you for helping me with my math homework. To sit back and relax after I was done felt good, and I couldn?t have done that if I got stuck on a problem. Understanding how to do it helped me. Happily you took time to explain it while I kind of paid attention. That homework was better after you helped me.

Self-Reflection 2: Revenge of the Self Reflection
Being in the weathered shack would make most people feel dreary. Old, blue paint is peeling off the dusty wooden shelves and cupboards. Cold water drifts through pipes. Reluctantly, a window is letting in cold breeze of dusty-smelling air. When looking at the wall, you would notice dim light illuminating abandoned lockers, and dark, damp wood lays spread across the cold floor.
