My best piece is She Walked the Dog. My sentences are well put together and they have good sentence fluency. I have compound sentences, varied sentence beginning, and have a mixed sentence length. Most of my verbs are strong and descriptive, such as briskly. My mechanics are right, too. I have the correct punctuation and good spelling in my piece.
    My worst piece is Uncomfortable part one. I need to work on sentence fluency, because I have four sentences in a row that start with the word the. I do not need to work on word choice, but I do need to work on grammar. In one sentence of my piece, I said, " Some pieces of the wood was falling down the pile." I needed to say, some pieces of the wood were falling down the pile.
